GE - Procare B20, B30, Procare B40 and B40 Patient Monitors

The Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (HALMED) has received a notice from the manufacturer GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, Inc. on the occasional problems with EKG filters on monitors B20/B40 V1, B30 and B40 V2.
The manufacturer has issued instructions for use to avoid incorrect settings of the EKG filter.
