BREXIT - extension of the deadline based on the decision of the European Council

On 22 March 2019 the European Council issued a decision extending the deadline for the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. In accordance with the European Council's document, the deadline for the implementation of all the regulatory activities listed in the European Medicines Agency and the Co-ordination Group for Mutual Recognition and Decentralised procedures - Human (CMDh) guidelines, is extended from 29 March 2019 to 12 April 2019.
