BREXIT - extension of the deadline until 31 October 2019 based on the decision of the European Council

The European Council issued a decision on further extending the deadline for the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union at its meeting on 10-11 April 2019. In accordance with the European Council's document, the deadline for the implementation of all the regulatory activities listed in the European Medicines Agency and the Co-ordination Group for Mutual Recognition and Decentralised procedures - Human (CMDh) guidelines, as well as on HALMED's website, is extended from 29 March 2019 to 31 October 2019 at the latest.
