Notice of unavailability of HALMED’s website, online applications, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and HALMED’s Registry Office

The Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (HALMED) informs its users that, due to work on the IT infrastructure, access to HALMED website and all online applications will be disabled from Thursday, 21 November to Monday, 25 November 2019.
In the same period, all HALMED's e-mail addresses and phone numbers will be inaccessible.
Emergency telephone number 0800 48 00 08 (24 hours a day, free of charge) and mobile number +385 99 264 6417 will be available for emergency reports of adverse drug reactions/quality defects of medicinal products/medical devices that may lead to withdrawal, as well as for reporting suspected counterfeit medicinal products.
For urgent matters regarding HALMED's general affairs users can contact Ms. Andreja Smolčić, LLM, Head of Division for Legal, Financial, IT and General Affairs at mobile phone number +385 98 291 295.
HALMED informs its users that, due to the said work on the IT infrastructure, the Registry Office will not be open on Friday, November 22, 2019.
