Postgraduate continuous medical education course “Pharmacogenetics and pharmacovigilance – preventing adverse reactions in individualisation of therapy”
On 6 December 2013, a postgraduate continuous medical education course entitled "Pharmacogenetics and pharmacovigilance - preventing adverse reactions in individualisation of therapy” will be held at CHC Rebro in Zagreb. The course is organised by the Zagreb School of Medicine, Clinical Hospital Centre Zagreb and Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (HALMED).
The course is for physicians of all specialisations, physicians in primary care, pharmacists and other healthcare providers.
