1st Croatian Congress of Clinical Pharmacy with International Participation
The Clinical Pharmacy Section of the Croatian Pharmaceutical Society, in collaboration with the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the University of Zagreb, organises the 1st Croatian Congress of Clinical Pharmacy with International Participation "Optimisation of Pharmacotherapy and Patients Safety”. The Congress will take place in Zagreb, at the Four Points by Sheraton Panorama hotel from 10 to 12 April 2014.
