International regulatory and pharmacovigilance conference "Croatian Mark in the EU"

The Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (HALMED) organises the international regulatory and pharmacovigilance conference entitled "Croatian Mark in the EU" which will be held from 11 to 12 November 2013 in Hotel Ivan, Solaris, in Šibenik. Official languages of the conference are Croatian and English. Interpreting from Croatian to English will be provided.

The conference is intended for marketing authorisation holders in the Republic of Croatia (especially to those employed in regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance), pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals (pharmacists, general practitioneers, internists, clinical pharmacologists, other medical specialists etc.), patient associations and regulatory bodies for medicinal products.

The programme will be followed by a post-conference meeting set for the representatives of competent authorities from the region.

The number of participants is limited, therefore we suggest an early registration.

Conference fee

  • marketing authorisation holders: 1800,00 kn + VAT = 2250.00 kn
  • competent authorities: 1050,00 kn + VAT = 1312.50 kn
  • healthcare professionals, academic staff and students: 900.00 + VAT = 1125,00 kn

The conference fee includes networking lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner and conference materials.

Payment

After the initial registration, the payment will be made only via offer that will be sent to the participant by courier/fax to contacts indicated in the registration form (the preferred method of receiving the offer should be indicated therein).

Cancellation deadline

In the case of inability to attend, the registered participant should send a notification to solaris@halmed.hr no later than 31 October 2014.

Cancellation policy

In the case of inability to attend, or absence, the following cancellation scale for refund will be applied:

  • by 31 October 2014 the fee will be completely refunded
  • from 1 to 10 November 2014, the organiser retains 30% of the fee
  • from 11 November 2014, or in the case of absence, the organiser retains 100% of the fee


Course accreditation

Croatian Medical Chamber has awarded the participation at the conference with 10 credits, and giving a lecture at the conference with 20 credits, while the Croatian Chamber of Pharmacists awarded the participation at the conference with 2,5 credits, and giving a lecture with extra 1,5 credits.

The organiser is not responsible for any injuries, losses or possible damage to participants.
